All Of Dreamers and Dancers jewellery is made with sterling silver, thick 18k gold vermeil, and carefully selected semi-precious stones.
Each piece is handset using natural materials, so slight variations in colour, texture, and form are part of its unique beauty, not faults.
What’s covered
Your jewellery is covered for 12 months from the purchase date for manufacturing faults, including:
- Faulty clasps, closures, or solder joins
- Loose stone settings on arrival
- Structural defects identified on receipt
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Damage from impact, crushing, bending, snagging, or improper storage
- Discolouration from chemicals (perfume, sunscreen, cleaning products), sweat, salt water, or humidity
- Severe oxidation caused by skin chemistry
- Loss, theft, or unauthorised repairs
- Natural stone inclusions or minor surface marks from hand-finishing

How to make a claim
Email service@ofdreamersanddancers.com.au with:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A short description of what happened
We’ll assess your claim within 2–5 business days.
If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item (subject to availability), or offer a refund or store credit where required by law.
After 12 months
Even outside the warranty period, we’re always happy to offer care advice or guidance.
