Shipping
What are the shipping costs and time frames?
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $200.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12 for orders under $200.
Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
Most standard deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days.
If you need your piece sooner, express shipping is available for $15, with delivery typically within 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale periods, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
For international orders, we ship at a flat rate of $30 AUD for most destinations.
If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, or would like to arrange international express delivery, please contact us at service@ofdreamersanddancers.com.au and we’ll organise a quote for you.
International taxes and duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate or cover these fees, and they are not refundable once paid.

Orders
How do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
If you created an account, you can also log in to view your order details.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you can’t locate the email.
Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at
service@ofdreamersanddancers.com.au.
We work quickly to prepare and dispatch orders, so changes aren’t always possible but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
Can I change my address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before processing.
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address. At that point, you may be able to contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

How is Of Dreamers and Dancers made?
Of Dreamers and Dancers is committed to designing and manufacturing to the highest standards using quality materials.
Each piece is designed by founder Rebecca Minervini in Sydney, Australia. Our designs are created with intention, never mass-produced, and developed as one-of-a-kind concepts.
All pieces are suitable for daily wear when cared for properly. We use semi-precious hand-set stones, so slight variations and natural imperfections may occur.
Where is Of Dreamers and Dancers made?
Designed in Australia and handcrafted in Bali in small, ethical workshops that prioritise craftsmanship, care, and fair working practices.
Our partnerships go beyond production, they support both the makers and the communities they belong to.
What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, finished with thick 2.5 micron 18k gold vermeil and set with natural semi-precious stones giving them greater durability, longevity, and a finer finish.
All pieces are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
What does demi-fine mean?
Demi-fine jewellery sits between fine and fashion.
It’s not trend-based, more enduring than costume jewellery, and more accessible than solid gold.
At Of Dreamers and Dancers, demi-fine means jewellery that is:
- Crafted from real materials, gold vermeil over sterling silver, with natural semi-precious stones
- Designed to be worn often, not saved for special occasions
- Made to last with care and stay meaningful over time
It’s jewellery you live in, not something you swap out with the season.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. We use sterling silver and vermeil, naturally gentle metals, and all pieces are nickel-free.
Can I find out more about a specific product?
Absolutely. Each product page includes detailed descriptions, materials, and meaning.
If you need anything else, we’re always happy to help, just reach out.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing faults.
This does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals or water beyond recommended care.
What should I do if I’m between ring sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
If you’re unsure or buying as a gift, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help you choose the best fit.
Care & Wear
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. Our demi-fine pieces are designed for daily wear.
For longevity, we recommend avoiding heavy friction and direct contact with chemicals.
Can I get it wet?
A little water won’t harm your jewellery, but like all real materials, vermeil lasts longer with care.
We recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, or exercising.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
We don’t use the word waterproof because we value honesty.
Our jewellery is made with real metals and stones, not coatings or plastics. It can handle life, but thrives with mindful care.
Will it tarnish?
Gold vermeil doesn’t tarnish in the way lower-quality finishes can, but frequent exposure to water, sweat, lotions, and chemicals may soften its surface over time.
Like all real metals, it naturally evolves. Gentle care keeps it luminous longer.
How do I clean it?
Use a soft, dry jewellery cloth to gently polish.
Avoid liquid cleaners or abrasive cloths.
How should I store it?
Store pieces flat or hanging, ideally in your ODAD satin pouch.
Keep jewellery separate to avoid friction or tangles.
Will the gold fade over time?
With gentle care and mindful storage, your piece will remain bright for years to come.
Gifting
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
All Of Dreamers and Dancers pieces arrive beautifully packaged in our signature box and satin pouch, ready to gift as they are.
If you’d like a white ribbon added, simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

- Shop Pay
- Google Pay
- Afterpay
All orders are charged in AUD at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, payment methods cannot be changed.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your discount code at checkout to apply it to your order.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Of Dreamers and Dancers reserves the right to cancel orders where multiple codes are applied.
