All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship worldwide from Australia. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, exchanges and repairs

Please refer to our returns policy for details on eligibility.

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  
• Custom or personalised orders are final sale.
  
• Minor irregularities in natural stones or hand-finishing are not faults.
  
• We offer repairs for manufacturing faults within 6 months of purchase; this does not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed. We may cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
