Full-priced items
We want you to love your jewellery.
If it’s not quite right, you may return or exchange full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exchanges are subject to availability, if unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty items within the 12-month warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale items
All sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
