Shipping and Returns

Deliveries

Of Dreamers and Dancers offers its valued customers free shipping Australia wide.


We use Australia Post within Australia for all our deliveries. We will aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. Usually orders will be packed same day or next business day where stock is available.


Shipping timeframes within Australia are approximately 2-5 business days.

Damage or loss in transit is unlikely but can happen. If it does we will take responsibility for it.


If any products are damaged or, to report a missing parcel that has not been delivered within the specified timeframes, please contact service@ofdreamersanddancers.com.au


All claims for loss or damage must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Express Shipping

Should you require express delivery, this is available at the check out when purchasing your items at a flat rate of $10.00. Express shipping timeframes within Australia are approximately 1-2 business days.


International Shipping

For customers outside of Australia, there is a flat $25.00 international shipping rate. Please contact service@ofdreamersanddancers.com.au should you have any queries regarding our international shipment quote or if you would like to organise an express international shipment.


Order tracking

All orders will have an Australia Post tracking number. You will be notified of your tracking number when your order is shipped.

 

Returns

Of Dreamers and Dancers places high priority in providing quality products and takes great pride in this reputation.


Please choose carefully as we do not accept exchange or refunds due to change of mind.


If you have received an incorrect product or, if your product arrives damaged, please contact service@ofdreamersanddancers.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order and we will organise, at our discretion, an exchange or return.


Goods, no matter the circumstances, must not be returned without our prior written authorisation and issue of a return ID number. We reserve the right to refuse any product returned without our authorisation.


Any refunds or exchanges for faulty or defective product must be within the 6 month warranty period from the product’s purchase date. Upon proof of purchase, the product will be assessed and, at the discretion of Of Dreamers and Dancers, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.


Please provide all packaging elements (box and pouch) when returning or exchanging products for any reason. Returns and exchanges may be declined if not all elements are present upon receiving the return or exchange.


Please note that general wear and tear of a product is not considered to be a fault. Please refer to our product care page to ensure you look after your purchases correctly.


All returns or exchanges must be delivered to Of Dreamers and Dancers head office: 4 Skylark Close, Flagstaff Hill, South Australia, Australia, 5159.


We advise returning your item by tracked delivery and to ensure you keep your tracking number until you have confirmation that the return or exchange has been received.


Once we have received your returned product in original condition including proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement or email confirmation) please allow up to 7 days for your new product to be delivered or refund.


Exchanges can only be given subject to product availability. Faulty or damaged products can only be exchanged for the same product/style.


If an exchange item is unavailable Of Dreamers and Dancers will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.
